12. Relsiralli toimus 6.-7. augustil. Sõideti marsruudil Türi-Lelle-Eidapere-Lelle ja Lelle-Türi-Võhma-Olustvere-Viljandi. Distantsi kogupikkus oli 133 km. Osalesid 200 raudteelast ja -sõpra Eestist, Venemaalt, Lätist ja Leedust, kokku 14 tiimi.
The 12th Handcar Rally took place on 6-7. August. The route was Türi-Lelle-Eidapere-Lelle and Lelle-Türi-Võhma-Olustvere-Viljandi, distance 133 km. There were 200 railroaders and railway friends participating from Estonia, Russia, Latvia and Lithuania, a total of 10 teams.
